Research & Development

GCELT is a registered institute under section 35(1)/(ii) of Income Tax Act 1961 since 1.4.2006. Thereby an amount equal to one and one fourth of any sum paid for research will get exemption from Income Tax [Vide Notification No: 237/2007, F No: 203/35/2007/ITA-11].
